Already life partners, The Peacemakers became musical partners in 2021, playing reimagined covers and originals in a modern folk style. Jackie and Eddie together cover a wide range of musical tastes, with influence from Over The Rhine, The Wood Brothers and more. 

When Jackie and Eddie met in 2020, it was not their plan to start a band. Eddie had been playing fiddle since he was 3 years old and spent 6 years playing and recording in Austin, Tx, with some of the best in the business. Jackie grew up singing in church and eventually took up the French horn like her older brother and went on to study music therapy. When the two met in 2020, they were very pleasantly surprised to discover that their voices blended almost effortlessly, and after a while it became clear that they needed to make music together. The Peacemakers were born.
